STAFF APPRECIATION POTLUCK

Parent Teacher conferences and Student Led conferences happen in the fall and spring respectively, after early dismissal at 2pm. 

In keeping with tradition, the PAC would like to show our appreciation to our amazing teachers, support staff and administrators on an evening that they are working late at school, with a special potluck provided by our families. This is great for busy staff so they don't have to worry about meals during those days and they love trying all different types of food parents bring in.

Dishes can be delivered to the staff room in the morning of the pre-determined date. A member of the PAC exec team will organize the dishes before lunchtime for the staff. Dishes should be nut-free. 

The PAC will send out a special sign up sheet so other parents can see what sort of items are already being provided and see additional notes there.  Some classes opt to make this a join effort by contributing funds to purchase some prepared food (pizza, sushi platter, sandwich platter etc) while others contribute individually.
